Reporting Violations

Santa Clara University is committed to maintaining the highest standard of rules compliance in the operation of its intercollegiate athletics programs.  Pursuant to NCAA Constitution 2.8.1, the athletic department will monitor its programs to ensure compliance, and will identify and report any violations to the NCAA and/or Conference. 

In accordance with NCAA and Conference rules and regulations, all suspected or alleged violations of NCAA and/or Conference rules shall be investigated by the University.  Individuals are encouraged to report alleged or suspected violations by submitting a Violation Report to the Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance.

No staff member, student-athlete or other individual may retaliate against any individual who in good faith reports an alleged or suspected violation of NCAA and/or Conference rules.
