Shelby Baldini is in her first year at Santa Clara as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. Baldini will work with softball, men's rowing and women's cross country in the fall.
"I am looking forward to working at a prestigious university and know that SCU will give me a strong foundation while I work towards attaining my master’s degree," said Baldini. "I have had several family members graduate from SCU and am excited to be a part of this community while I continue my education and gain valuable experience."
She is a graduate of 2013 San Jose State University where she received a degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Nutrition and Food Services.
Baldini won the following honors as an undergrad: American Kinesiology Association Undergraduate Scholar (2013), winner of SJSU Alumni Association scholarship for the College of Applied Sciences and Arts (2012) and she also graduated as a President’s Scholar (2013).
She is a native of Redwood City, Calif.
and a 2008 Woodside High School graduate.
