Chris Pert begins his first year as the Manager of Facilities and Operations after serving as the Interim Manager of Facilities and Operations since January of 2011. He came back to Santa Clara in October of 2010 as the Event Manager Supervisor from the University of San Francisco where he served as the Game Operations and Facilities assistant.
A 2006 graduate of the University of Dayton, Pert was hired as the Events and Facilities Assistant for the San Jose State Athletic Department in July of 2006, where he was the primary athletic event manager for the men’s and women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and baseball teams.
From there Pert joined Santa Clara University in 2007 serving in various capacities as an event manager and the Director of Baseball Operations for the 2008-09 baseball season.
Pert also serves as a Game Day Event Manager for the Stanford Cardinal home football games.
He received his master’s degree in April of 2010 from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Pert resides in San Mateo, Calif.
