AS A FRESHMAN IN 2012-13: The team’s top performer in his first season … played in nine events and 25 rounds … topped the squad with a 73.48 stroke average … had a team-high three rounds with scores in the 60s and 21 rounds with scores in the 70s … ended his season with 12 straight rounds at or below 75 … tied for the team lead with six sub-par rounds … finished tied for 19th at the Itani Quality Homes Collegiate with rounds of 76, 78 and 74 in his first collegiate tournament … had his first sub-par round of the year with a second round 70 and ended in a 22nd place tie with a three round 221 (+5) at the Saint Mary’s Invitational … posted the team’s best score with a second round 64 and added two rounds of 69 for a three-round total of 202 to tie for 3rd place (-14) at the SCVB Pacific Invitational … shot an even-par 216 with rounds of 74, 70 and 72 to tie for 2nd place at The Farms Collegiate Invite … tied for 26th at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate with rounds of 75, 73 and 73 … rounds of 74, 75 and 73 put him in a tie for 31st at the Bandon Dunes Championship … ended his season tied for 6th place at the UCI Anteater Invitational after rounds of 71, 75 and 75.

HIGH SCHOOL: Keskari brings a wealth of international playing experience with him to Santa Clara … a native of Frankfurt, Germany, he was one of Europe’s top prep prospects … selected to play and compete with the German Junior National Team and is now a member of Germany’s Senior National Team … known for his distance off the tee, Keskari won the long drive competition at the 2010 Junior Golf World Cup in Japan with a 321-yard drive … he won the German International Amateur title in 2009 and placed fourth in the country’s national Match Play Championship in 2010 … Keskari went on to play in the 2011 French Men’s Amateur Stroke Play Championship, the Italian International Amateur Match Play Championship and the Spanish International Amateur Match Play Championship … he was also among 57 junior champions around the world invited to play at the Boys Junior Orange Bowl Championship in Coral Gables, Fla.
