Head coach Cameron Rast, on win: "To play an opponent back-to-back like this is tough, but the team came through with a nice win today. It is a good sign that they can come off Friday's disappointment and play well today. We are maturing as a team."
Rast, on team's depth: "We have a lot of players that can come in and make an impact for us. That was key this weekend because we had to play the same team twice so we were able to give them different looks. Our depth will be important as we head down the stretch here."
Freshman Jeff Cosgriff, on game-winner: "Jide (Ogunbiyi) did a great job turning his man and he sent a great ball back in front. From there, I just stepped up and was able to finish it. It was nice to come back and get a win today."
Cosgriff, on team's progress: "We have had some problems putting teams away this year but today showed that we are learning to do that. Hopefully, we can continue to do that the rest of the season and put that issue behind us."
Sophomore Jide Ogunbiyi, on game: "We played very well in the second half and we all felt like the goal was going to come. We thought that we had gotten it at the end of regulation, but we had a tough call go against us. It was great that we were able to shake that off and come out and end it quickly in overtime."
Ogunbiyi, on significance of win: "This was a huge win for us because it was the first game of the second half of the conference schedule and it moves us to the top of the standings. We want to win the conference and get to the postseason so winning today was definitely important."
