On the Broncos shooting troubles in the first half:
"We were taking good shots they just weren't falling for us. That is why we cannot rely solely on offense. We must concentrate of effective defense."
On what was said to the team during halftime:
"We discussed offensive areas that needed some work. We weren't making the right reads and because of that, we weren't getting good looks. We also made a couple of defensive changes. I'm proud of how my team came out in the second half and did a good job of executing those changes."
On Long Beach State:
"Long Beach State plays a different style of offense that we have not faced yet this season. Because of that, we had to really work on our half court defense and adjust to their style and we did a decent job."
On Tracey Walker's all-around performance:
"She is playing big minutes for us and it is her responsibility to keep this team going and stable. She was able to hold her composure in the second half and made a huge for us."
On Maggie Goldenberger's game today:
"Maggie had some big plays for us today. She has tremendous energy and intensity. She did a great job finishing around the basket and was constantly moving."
On Jen Gottschalk's consistency this season:
"Jen is extremely consistent for us. She has a great feel for the game and capitalizes on every opportunity she has."
