Women's Tennis Concludes Participation at SMC Invite

MORAGA, Calif. - The Santa Clara University women's tennis team concluded action at the sixth annual Saint Mary's Invitational at the Gaels' Korth Tennis Center in Moraga.

Sophomore Kristen Ruso won her first singles match in the consolation bracket in a super tie-break, before falling in the fourth round. Both SCU doubles tandems fell by 8-4 scores in the Round of 32.

The Broncos will conclude their fall season the following week at the ITA Regional Championship, hosted by Stanford, Oct. 24-26.
