Broncos Shut Out by Harvard

March 27, 2009

The Santa Clara women's tennis team fell to the Harvard Crimson 7-0 at Santa Barbara. The Broncos are 7-7 and 1-3 on the road for this season.

The Broncos fought hard throughout the day but their efforts were no match for the Harvard Crimson. Said head coach Ben Cabell, "They are a tough team. We didn't have a full squad today so that was tough for us, but we also need to be at our best. We had a few lineup changes today so that took time getting used to."

The Broncos will end their spring road trip with tomorrow's match against UC Santa Barbara. First serve is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Check back at SantaClaraBroncos.com for updates.
