PERSONAL: Daughter of Michael and Erin … has two sisters, Samantha and Stephanie … Samantha played softball at Holy Names University … Stephanie played at Santa Clara University … outside of softball she enjoys running and playing the piano.

Why I Chose Santa Clara: I chose Santa Clara University because the education here is advanced and I wanted to play Division I collegiate softball. As soon as I stepped on the campus, I could not believe how beautiful it was. The buildings are amazing, especially the Mission located in the heart of the campus. Santa Clara is also located in a great area where I would feel comfortable living and going to school. I feel that the coaching staff on the softball team will make me a better player and I think I can bring a lot to the team. My sister, Stephanie Fisher, graduated from Santa Clara University last year and played on the softball team. She loves the school and that makes me feel more confident that I made the right choice by choosing Santa Clara University.
