• Santa Clara has had a number of runners crack the program's top-10 lists this year
•  In the men's 800, Alex Scales time of 1:51.6 (WSU Invitational) is good for third and his time of 1:52.9 (Portland Invitational) is good for fifth. Zach Litoff is fourth in the mile at 4:08.8 (Cougar Classic), Ian Twyman is eighth at 4:11.5 (Cougar Classic), Josh Simboli is ninth at 4:16.4 (Cougar Classic), and Ian Kirk is 10th at 4:16.9 (Portland Invitational). Litoff is first in the 3,000 at 8:05.2 (WSU Invitational) and Twyman is second at 8:11.9 (WSU Invitational).
• In the women's 800, JJ Escalera is third at 2:14.2 (WSU Invitational). In the 3,000 Kinsey Hall is sixth with 10:10.4 (Cougar Classic) and eighth with 10:11.7 (WSU Invitational) and Abbey Meck is seventh with 10:11.3 (WSU Invitational)
• The Broncos have also won several events this season. Litoff took home the 1 Mile title at the Cougar Classic with his 4:08.8. The team of Simboli, DeVon Dupree, and Henry Raymond won in the men's distance medley at the Cougar Classic with a time of 10:08.9. Scales won the 800 at the Portland Invitational in 1:52.9. Kirk won the 1 mile at the Portland Invitational at 4:16.9. JJ Escalera won the women 1 mile at the Portland Invitational at 5:56.5. Maiya Fujiwara won the women 3,000 at the Portland Invitational at 10:21.3.
• The Broncos showed well at the Portland Invitational last time out.
