SANTA CLARA, CALIF. — In the first game of the Julian Fraser Memorial against No. 13 Harvard, four Broncos successfully found the back of the net. Cody Ferguson and Zach Fales emerged as the leading goal scorers, with each of them contributing two goals. The first half was a hard fought battle, tied 4-4 heading into the third period. 

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Adding to Fales' and Fergusons' goals, Chase Raisin and Reese Jenican got a piece of action with one goal each. 

• Fales' two goals in the game bring his season total to an impressive 44 goals. 

• In the third period, the Broncos added two more goals, making it a tight 8-6 game with Harvard taking the lead. 

• Harvard managed to extend their lead in the fourth period with back-to-back goals. 

• Harrison Labrosse started as the goalkeeper for Santa Clara and recorded six saves and one steal.
