SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The Intercollegiate Tennis Association released their initial spring season rankings as Santa Clara men's tennis player Christian Lerby was ranked No. 42 in singles
 
Lerby entered the 2023-24 preseason ranked No. 84 and moved up 40 spots in the final fall rankings after picking up two wins each at the ITA All-American Championships and at the ITA Super Regional Championships.  He went 4-2 in the fall ITA events.
 
This spring, Lerby has a 2-1 record playing atop the singles lineup leading the Broncos to two victories in their first three matches. 
 
The national rankings include the top 125 men's and women's singles rankings and the top 60 men's and women's doubles rankings.
 
The Broncos next play at UC Davis on Saturday followed by a home match against UC Irvine on Sunday.
