SANTA CLARA, Calif. – The Santa Clara women's tennis team cruised past Jessup University 7-0 dropping just seven games on the day. 

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Santa Clara (3-6) did not drop a single game in three doubles matches.  The tandem of Anna Semler and Kacey Feng clinched the doubles point over Olivia Gutierrez and Katlyn Perry on line three. 
• In singles action, Semler and Feng won the first two matches to give the Broncos a 3-0 lead. 
• Playing on line six, Semler downed Gutierrez 6-0, 6-0 and Feng took care of Katlyn Perry 6-1, 6-0 at line five.
• The match clincher came via Maria Antonova at line four, taking down Danielle Akabane 6-0, 6-0.
• The match was a countable match for Santa Clara while it was a scrimmage for Jessup. 

• The Broncos host Utah State on Sunday at 11 a.m.
