SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Santa Clara's
JennaMarie Gordon was named women's tennis singles All-Conference honorable mention, the league office announced on Wednesday.
The all-conference voting and major awards were voted on by the nine conference head coaches.
Gordon played at singles line one in all 18 matches this spring and tied atop the team lead in wins with a 10-4 record including two victories in WCC action. In the season finale on Saturday, Gordon clinched at the match at 3-2 over Gonzaga in a conference match. This is the second time Gordon was named All-WCC singles honorable mention (2021).
Pepperdine swept the three major awards as Savannah Broadus was named WCC Player of the Year while Jasmine Conway took home the Freshman of the Year award. Head Coach Per Nilsson was named Coach of the Year.
