SPOKANE, Wash. — Sydney Lim and Sarah Guralnick led the Santa Clara University women's track team to five top-five finishes across two meets at The Podium over Friday and Saturday.
 
Lim posted the Broncos' top finish of the weekend by taking second in the 800 meters at the Spokane Sports Showcase, clocking 2:17.95. Teammate Sigrid Brakenhielm added a fifth-place finish in the same race with a time of 2:25.51, giving Santa Clara two top-five results in the event.
 
Guralnick delivered another podium performance in the 3,000 meters, finishing third in 10:09.15. Ramneek Kaur and Isabella Gonzalez also competed in the event, placing seventh and 10th, respectively.
 
Santa Clara closed the weekend with a top-five showing in the distance medley relay at the Spokane Indoor Challenge. The Broncos' 'A' squad of Lim, Aliyah Yearian, Grace Winkler, and Guralnick placed fifth with a time of 12:42.08. Santa Clara also raced 'B' and 'C' entries in the DMR, finishing seventh and eighth.
