SEATTLE — Milaina Almonte and Sarah Guralnick wrapped up the Santa Clara University women's track team's indoor season at the Husky Classic on Friday and Saturday at the University of Washington's Dempsey Indoor Facility.
 
Almonte clocked 9 minutes, 44.40 seconds in the 3,000 meters, finishing ninth in her heat in a deep field that featured more than 50 competitors. Guralnick competed in the 5,000 meters and ran 17:34.65 to place 31st overall
 
The Broncos now look ahead to the outdoor track season, which begins March 6 at the Golden Gate Track Fest at San Francisco State.
