STOCKTON, Calif. – Daniella Dimitrova clinched the match at 4-2 while Juliette Krumholz picked up wins in both doubles and singles as Santa Clara women's tennis defeated Pacific 4-3 in a West Coast Conference match on Monday at the Eve Zimmerman Tennis Center.      
   
HOW IT HAPPENED:

• With the team score even at 2-all, Santa Clara (6-13, 2-4 WCC) got three-set wins from Krumholz and Dimitrova to secure the victory.  
• Krumholz came back from a set down to defeat Maggie Hoe 4-6, 6-3, 6-3 on court six to put the Broncos ahead 3-2.  Shortly after, Dimitrova also came back after losing the first set to beat Milena Maiorova 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 atop the singles lineup.  
• Pacific (6-13, 2-4 WCC) opened with a pair of wins in doubles.  Leyanne Hirota and Cindy Ung downed Tian Yu Dong and Ashley Katz 7-5 on court one to claim the doubles point.
• In singles, Katz recorded a double bagel victory against Nahreen Cheam to even things at 1-1.  
• The Broncos took the lead 2-1 on Anna Rahman's straight set win over Ung 6-4, 6-2 on court three.
• Rayna Sugai leveled the match on court four beating Tian Yu Dong 6-2, 7-5 before the victories by Krumholz and Dimitrova.
• The match was played out after Dimistrova's clincher with Indiya McLeod taking the last match over Lizanne Boyer for the final margin of 4-3.
