AS A SENIOR IN 2003: Earned team's Most Inspirational Award following the season ... raced in just four competitions due to injury ... missed the WCC Championships and NCAA Regionals ... best finish was a 34th-place showing at the Bronco Invitational to open the season at Crystal Springs ... clocked a season-best 8,000-meter time of 26:10.22 at the Willamette Invitational.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2002: An honorable mention all-West Coast Conference selection after finishing 15th at the league championships ... posted a season-best 8,000-meter time of 26:24 at the Stanford Invitational ... finished 19th at the Bronco Invitational with a time of 27:13 and ran 26:52 at the WCC championships ... competed at the NCAA West Regionals and clocked a 10,00-meter time of 34:46 ... best finish was a seventh-place effort at the USF Invitational with a four-mile time of 21:29.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2001: Finished 11th at the West Coast Conference championships and was an honorable mention all-WCC selection ... clocked a time of 26:55 at the championships to finish as SCU's number three runner ... ran 27:25 at the Bronco Invitational two weeks prior to the league race on the same course.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2000: Recorded times in four races during his inaugural season for the Broncos... best finish of the year was 12th at the Bronco Invitational... best time of the year came at the WCC Championships where he recorded a time of 27:33, helping the team to a second place finish... ran a 4:06 in the 1500 meters and 15:51 in a 5K during the spring season.

HIGH SCHOOL INFORMATION: A 2000 graduate of Bellevue High School in Bellevue, Washington... participated in cross-country, track, basketball and soccer during his time at Bellevue... ran for head coach John Hill... team was three-time conference champions, placing ninth, seventh and fifth, respectively from 1997-1999... was the individual conference and district champion in 1999... earned all-state honors for his seventh place finish at the state championships... won the conference and placed sixth at the state championships in 2000 in the 1600 meters in track... posted individual bests of 16:00 in the 5K, 9:37 in the 3200 meters, 4:23 in the 1600 meters, and 2:01 in the 800 meters.
