AT SANTA CLARA: Completed a four-year career with the Broncos in 2025-26 as one of the program’s top distance runners in cross country and track … Ran career-best marks of 4:04.84 in the 1,500 meters, 8:25.33 in the 3,000, and 29:28.26 in the 10,000. Posted another career-best of 24:18.1 in the 8 km in ‘24 … Took first place at the ‘26 Golden Gate Track Fest and West Coast Last Chance Meet.

AS A SENIOR (2025-26)

Track: Competed during the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2025-26 … Ran career-best marks of 14:05.82 in the outdoor 5,000 meters at the 2026 Bryan Clay Invitational (April 16-18) and 29:28.26 in the outdoor 10,000 at the APU Franson Last Chance Meet (May 7-9), where he finished third overall … Won the outdoor 5,000 at the West Coast Last Chance Meet (May 16) and the indoor 3,000 at the Golden Gate Track Fest (March 6) with a career-best 8:25.33 … Also recorded a personal-best 4:04.84 in the outdoor 1,500 at the 2025 West Coast Relays (March 28-29).

Cross Country:  Was the Broncos No. 1 runner in four meets … Competed at the WCC Cross Country Championships placing in the top-30 overall in a time of 24:24.6 (Nov. 14) … Ran his season best of 25:19.0 in the 8k at the Kim Duyst Twilight  (Sept. 13) … Finished in 24:31.3 at the Missouri Pre-National Invite … Ran at the Lakefront invite placing top-60 in a time of 24:46.9 (Oct. 3).

AS A JUNIOR (2024-25)

Track: Ran 8:45.39 in the 3000 at UW Preview … ran 14:57.54 in the 5000 at Husky Invitational … ran 8:33.96 in the 3000 at Cal Opener … ran 4:04.84 in the 1500 at West Coast Relays … ran 14:53.21 in the 5000 at Mt. Sac Relays … ran 14:46.94 in the 5000 at Oxy Invite … ran 8:44.56 in the 3000 at West Coast Last Chance.

Cross Country: Finished eighth at the San Francisco Invitational (Aug. 30) and ran a 24:24.7 in the 8k ... Had his career-best at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (Oct. 11) ran 24:18.1 ... Competed at the WCC Championships (Nov. 2) and ran 24:32.3 ... Competed at the NCAA West Regional and finished with a 30:51.2 in the 10k.

HIGH SCHOOL: Varsity Cross Country and Track and Field, 4:24 1600, 9:10 3200, 15:23 5k. 2022 Track and Field State Qualifier (17th Place). 3-time NCS team champions, 1-time individual champion. 2x 4th place State Cross Country team finish.
