AS A JUNIOR (2024-25)

Track: Redshirted the season.

Cross Country: Finished eighth at the San Francisco Invitational (Aug. 30) and ran a 24:24.7 in the 8k ... Had his career-best at the Bill Dellinger Invitational (Oct. 11) ran 24:18.1 ... Competed at the WCC Championships (Nov. 2) and ran 24:32.3 ... Competed at the NCAA West Regional and finished with a 30:51.2 in the 10k.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)

Track: At the UW Invite (Jan. 26-27) ran 8:44.89 in the 3000m … at the UW Husky Invite (Feb. 9-10) ran 4:19.98 in the mile … at the West Coast Invite (March 1) ran 8:54.98 in the 30000m.

Cross Country: At the USF Invitational (Sept.1) ran 25:57.3 in the 8k … at the Pacific Invitational (Sept. 29) ran 25:32.4 in the 8k … at the Bronco Invitational (Oct. 14) ran 26:28.7 in the 8k.

AS A FRESHMAN (2022-23)

Track: At the UW Preview (Jan. 14) finished 62nd in the 3000m at 8:50.28 ... at the West Coast Twilight (Mar. 3) finished 11th at 8:42.94 ... at the WCCAA Meet (Mar. 11) finished 2nd in the Mile at 4:21.46. 

Cross Country: Redshirted the season.
