AT SANTA CLARA: Was a three-year member of the program, joining the Broncos from Portland State in 2023-24 and establishing himself as one of the team’s top distance runners … Ran career-bests of 14:11.00 in the 5,000 meters in 2024, 29:40.13 in the 10,000 and 23:42.1 in the 8 km at the cross country Bill Dellinger Invitational … Claimed victory in the 10,000 at the West Coast Last Chance Meet in 2024 … Delivered a standout cross country performance at the Bill Dellinger Invitational, placing 24th with a career-best 23:42.1 in the 8k.
AS A SENIOR (2025-26)
Track: Appeared in six meets during the track season, including one indoor competition … Turned in his fastest 5,000-meter race of the year at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (April 3-4), finishing in 14:24.44 … Followed with a 14:39.41 performance in the 5,000 at the Bryan Clay Invitational (April 16-18) … Earned a 14th-place finish in the 1,500 at the West Coast Relays (March 27-28) after posting a season-best of 3:57.40 … Began the indoor season racing in the 3,000 at the UW Invite/Mile City (Jan. 30-31), finishing with a time of 8:25.91, and placing 26th overall.
Cross Country: Competed in two meets … Ran his season best at the WCC Cross Country Championship with a top-40 finish running 24:54:4 (Nov. 1) … Raced at the Missouri Pre-National Invitational turning in a time of 25:34:7 in the 8k (Oct. 17).
AS A JUNIOR (2024-25)
Track: Ran 4:13.55 in the mile and 8:12.46 in the 3000 at UW Preview.
Cross Country: Finished sixth at the San Francisco Invitational (Aug. 29) with a time of 24:23.7 in the 8k ... Placed 24th at the Bill Dellinger Invite (Oct. 11) in a personal-best time of 23:42.1 ... Finished 24th at the WCC Championship (Nov. 2) in 24:39.7 ... Ran 30:31.5 and finished 59th in the 10k at the NCAA West Regional (Nov. 15).
AS A SOPHOMORE (2023-24)
