AT SANTA CLARA: Joined the Broncos for the 2024 season and holds a 15-33 overall record … She has played at the No. 2, 3, 4, and 5 spots in the line-up.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2025): Played in 18 matches compiling a 7-11 record at the No. 4 and No. 5 spots in the lineup ... Biggest win of the season came over RV Concordia (3/7) in a come from behind three set victory with her partner Teagan Wilson ... Also defeated #9 Cal in an exhibition match with partner Ellie Skale 21-18, 22-20.

AS A FRESHMAN (2023-24): In her first year as a Bronco, she made her collegiate debut vs. Saint Mary’s (Feb. 24) while partnering with Casey Campbell … She found her first collegiate win against Sacramento State, 21-16, 23-21, (Mar. 2) while partnering with Jordan Bennett at the three slot … She found the most success at the fours, going 4-6 there with Bennett. Here, they recorded a win against No. 18 Stetson (21-19, 19-21, 16-14) on March 9. She finished the season at the No. 2 spot with Niederman, holding a 2-8 record there. 

HIGH SCHOOL: In the 2020-2022 seasons, she played Outside Hitter for Bellaire High School's Varsity volleyball team, which was the undefeated 6A district champion each year and secured bidistrict championships in 2020 and 2022 ... Achievements include being named All-Conference 6A District Honorable Mention OH in 2020, All-Conference 6A District Second Team OH in 2021, and All-Conference 6A District First Team OH in 2022 ... Additionally, was a recipient of the Great Houston Volleyball Coach Association (GHVCA) All Academic Team in both 2020 and 2021 ... From 2021 to 2023, made the podium in 36 beach volleyball tournaments, including AVP, USAV, BVNE, AAU, and P1440, held in TX, AZ, FL, and CA. Achievements include seven 1st place finishes (AVP, USAV, BVNE, and AAU), and two podium finishes in women's tournaments (AVP) ... Secured second place in the National Showcase BVNE Santa Monica (2022), third place in the National Showcase Tamarack AVP in Carlsbad (2022), third place in the National Showcase AVP San Antonio (2023), and third place in the East Coast BVNE National Championship in Pompano Beach (2023) ... Rated BVNE AAA U16 in 2022 and AA U18 in 2023 ... Played for the National Traveling Team Third Coast Volleyball Club from 2021 to 2023, competing in the BVCA Open Division Team 2 and 1, and the AAU Open Division Team 1, winning 1st place in the regional AAU club 5x5 challenge open division in 2023 and being named MVP of the tournament.

GET TO KNOW SVEVA: The Houston native graduated high school in 2023 from Bellaire HS ... She speaks fluent Italian (earned a Gold Medal in 2020 at the National Italian Examination), and loves traveling to Italy to visit her relatives and learn about Italian culture and food ... Loves animals and in high school she was part of Future Farmers of America club where she earned a 2nd place medal at the 2022 FFA exhibit ... At Santa Clara she is a member of the Christian Fellowship and when she can, she loves to cheer and support the other Santa Clara athletes ... She is a Biology major.
