Jenn has been dancing since the age of 2 and is trained in tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, and lyrical. She was a member of the DanCyn Studio performing company in San Jose through high school. Upon graduating from high school Jenn went on to Saint Mary's College of California where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Business Marketing. While at SMC Jennifer was also a member of the Dance/Spirit Team for 4 years and Captain for 3. With the spirit team Jenn got the opportunity to perform at and choreograph for 3 NCAA Div. 1 Men's Basketball tournaments, going as far as the Sweet 16. Upon graduation Jenn became a member of the San Jose SaberKittens, the dance team for the SaberCats of the Arena Football League. She spent 2 seasons with the SaberKittens where she was named rookie of the year and helped cheer on the team to an Arena Bowl victory in 2015. Post Saberkittens Jennifer got the opportunity to perform in SuperBowl 50 pre-game and halftime shows as well as performing as a back up dancer for New Kids on the Block. She has choreographed for numerous high school, college and professional dance & cheer teams around the Bay Area and was previously the Head Coach for the Valley Christian High School cheer team in San Jose. Aside from coaching here at SCU she is currently on staff at DanCyn Studio where she works with the performing company she was once apart of. When she isn’t dancing Jenn works as a real estate broker associate at Intero focusing on residential sales and property management.
