Santa Clara University

Lauren Redman is in her eighth year at Santa Clara, her fourth as Assistant Athletic Director for Academics and Student Development, in 2026-27. She currently serves as the academic advisor for women's basketball, baseball, beach volleyball, and men's golf.

In addition to her advising role, she oversees the Bronco Bridge Program to support incoming student-athletes in their transition to Santa Clara, serves as co-advisor of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), and assists in providing leadership and career development opportunities for all student-athletes. She enjoys empowering student-athletes to maximize their academic potential and supporting them in their transition to life after graduation. 

Prior to her time at Santa Clara, Redman spent three years at Cal State Dominguez Hills as the Athletics Student Success Coordinator where she oversaw academic support and advising for all nine teams, and created the department’s life skills program. She received a master's degree in Postsecondary Administration & Student Affairs from USC in 2016 and bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Early Childhood & Family Studies from the University of Washington in 2014. Redman is a Seattle native, but currently resides in the South Bay with her family.
