SEASIDE, Calif. – Cal State Monterey Bay pulled away from Santa Clara women's water polo for a 11-7 victory on Saturday in a meeting of Golden Coast Conference teams. 

The Otters took an early lead with three goals in the first period. The Otters extended their lead with five additional goals in the second period.

Cal State Monterey Bay led 8-3 heading into the second half. The Broncos were unable to recover from the deficit. 

Olivia Centis had three goals and one assist to lead Cal State Monterey Bay to the victory over Santa Clara.  

Elle Fredrickson had two goals and one assist, and Lauren Baglietto scored twice for the Broncos.
