Women's Water Polo Falls on the Road at LMU

LOS ANGELES — The Santa Clara University women's water polo team fell on the road Friday to host LMU, 16-6, at the Burns Aquatics Center, in a Golden Coast Conference matchup.

The Broncos (7-11, 0-2 GCC) got two goals from Lauren Voss. Mila Erceg, Chloe Morrison, Maddie Clough and Elle Fredrickson each scored one goal for Santa Clara. Harper Daniels had a team-high two assists.

Georgia Lewis made seven saves in net for Santa Clara. The Broncos totaled seven steals as a team.

LMU (7-10, 2-0 GCC) got goals from 11 different players, including four who scored at least twice. Ruth Arino Ruiz led the Lions with three goals.
