SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. - Santa Clara men's basketball's 2023-24 conference schedule has officially been unveiled. The Broncos will play a 16-game schedule evenly split with eight home games and eight road contests beginning on Thursday, Jan. 4 on the road against LMU. The West Coast Conference made the announcement on Friday.

Santa Clara, coming off back-to-back third place finishes in the WCC standings, is looking to have yet another successful campaign against league opponents. The Broncos are 21-10 in such games over the last two seasons. 

The home slate begins with a two-game stand against two of the strongest teams in the league - Gonzaga and Saint Mary's. The Broncos will take on the defending WCC champion Bulldogs on Thursday, Jan. 11 and host the rival Gaels on Jan. 13. The Broncos will also host Portland (1/20), Pepperdine (1/25), San Diego (2/3), Pacific (2/15), LMU (2/22) and rival San Francisco (3/2) for the regular-season finale.

Santa Clara's road tests features a two-game stay in SoCal to open 2024, first against LMU and then at Pepperdine (1/6), followed by Pacific (1/18), Saint Mary's (1/31), San Francisco (2/10), San Diego (2/17), Gonzaga (2/24) and Portland (2/29).

The conference tournament once again will be held at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas. Dates will be announced in early 2024.
