SANTA CLARA, Calif. — The Santa Clara University men's basketball team had everything working Saturday, outplaying visiting Fresno State in all facets to pull away for a 72-60 non-conference win – its second in a row – at the Leavey Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • The Broncos put the game away midway through the second half with a 17-4 run that grew their lead from 11 to 24, at 70-46. The Broncos hit two of their season-high 13 3-pointers during that run. The Broncos went 6 for 10 (60%) from the floor in that 4 minute, 45 second span after shooting 33.3% in the entire first half.

It started and ended with treys, one from Tilly and one from Stewart.
