HAYWARD, Calif. - Elle Fredrickson stood out on Saturday's match-up against Cal State East Bay, as she tallied two goals. The Broncos battled with the Pioneer's but came up short in their efforts with a final score of 15-5. 

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Cal State East Bay (11-10, 2-0) came out strong, shutting the Broncos out of the first period 5-0. The score at the end of the half was 11-0. 

• Kate Rodman was the first of the Broncos to nail the board, as she found her goal two minutes into the third period. Sydney Maccabe followed up with one of her own shortly after. 

• With three minutes of the third period, Maddie Clough found Annika Burks putting the score at 3-12. Fredrickson nailed her own with just four seconds left to play in the third. 

• Fredrickson was the last Bronco to tally the scoreboard late in the first, finalizing the score at 5-15. 

• Liyara Senadheera started in goal, but after the first half Haley Tassell came in and finished with five saves.
