LAKE NATOMA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's rowing had three boats qualifiy for the IRA National Championships Saturday at Western Sprints. The Broncos will send their V8, 2V8, and 3V8 boats. Full results can be found

"Our team had a good day when the stakes were high. One of our team goals is always to qualify for the national championship and this is eighth qualification in nine years. There is a lot of pressure on the V8 and they had a great last 500 meters to get us the automatic qualification to the IRA National Championship in New Jersey in two weeks," director of rowing Jay Farwell said.
