WICHITA, Kansas - Junior Chloe Lam had a day for the record books on Tuesday in the final round of the 2026 University of Oklahoma Intercollegiate. The Fountain Valley, Calif., product tied the 18-hole program record of 5-under par with a 66 at the par 71 Wichita Country Club to lock up a third-place finish individually at 5-under 208. Santa Clara also finished in third as a team after firing a 4-under round to finish the event 2-under 580.

ROUND HIGHLIGHTS:
  • Lam was sensational in Tuesday's final round with two stretches of back-to-back-to-back birdies. Opening the day on the No. 1 hole, she logged her first of seven birdies on the day on No. 3 and closed the front nine with birdies on Nos. 7-9. Lam opened the back nine with a bogey on No. 10, but once again rolled in three consecutive birdie putts on Nos. 15-17 to finish the round 5-under par.
  • Lam's 18-hole total is tied for the lowest in program history. Her teammate, Kelsey Kim, was the most recent Bronco to card 5-under, doing so last season at the 2026 NCAA Stanford Regional.
  • Lam's 54-hole total of 5-under par is tied for the sixth-lowest in program history.
  • Lam tied for third place with Oklahoma's Nancy Cox. It is her fourth career top 10 finish and tied for the best of her career (2026 Juli Inkster Tournament).
  • Kim was also rock solid once again, turning in even par 71 for the third-straight round to close out a tie for 11th at even-par 213. It was the senior's 22nd career top 20 finish, moving her into a tie with former teammate Audrey Brust for fourth-most in program history.
  • Amy Im also logged a top 20 finish - the sixth of her collegiate career - after shooting 1-under 70 in the final round to finish 1-over 214 and tied for 18th. She had an outstanding four-hole stretch with birdies on Nos. 3-7 and added another birdie on the par-5 16th to counter four bogeys.
  • Sehee Sim turned in an 80 in the final round to tie for 42nd while Proud Sriwongngam carded her lowest round of the tournament at 2-over 73 to finish tied for 48th at 10-over 223.
  • The Broncos bested yesterday's opening round score of 3-under par by carding 4-under 280. The 18-hole tally is tied for the ninth-lowest in program history.
  • SCU was one of just three teams in the field of 11 to finish under par. The 2-under 850 tally is tied for the third-lowest 54-hole total in program history, and is just the sixth time that the Broncos have finished under par at the end of a tournament.
  • Host-Oklahoma came away with both the team and individual titles. The Sooners finished 13-under 830, two strokes better than runner-up Missouri (841). Earn Thiengsri took home medalist honors at 8-under 205.
