SANTA CLARA, Calif. – Santa Clara men's tennis rolled past Portland State and Menlo College, blanking them 4-0 and 7-0,  on Sunday at the Degheri Tennis Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED: 

• Santa Clara (5-2) won the first two doubles matches and got singles wins on courts four through six to shutout Portland State (2-5). 
• Valentin Faure won both his doubles and singles matches.  
• Faure's victory on court five clinched the team win.

• Ferran Redza, Alexander Watanabe Eriksson and Lukas Maskow each won their doubles and singles matches to defeat Menlo College 7-0. 
• Mahir Khurana was inserted into both the doubles and singles lineups this spring.  In doubles, he teamed up with John Kim on court three and in singles, he was on court six defeating Robinson Pelluault 6-1, 6-2 to clinch the team victory.
