REDWOOD CITY, Calif. – Santa Clara men's rowing began its 2026 campaign at the Redwood Shores Invitational over the weekend.
The Broncos picked up wins on Saturday with their V8 and 2V8 boats, both over San Diego, while also competing with their 3V boat. On Sunday, they raced Cal with all three boats.

"I thought our team had a solid start to our racing season. Good to get a full weekend of racing in early in March to get an indication how we stack up with West Coast crews. We have a lot of work ahead with a very committed group," Santa Clara head coach Jay Farwell said.
