AS A JUNIOR IN 2009: Made 18 appearances on theyear, starting in 12 ... tossed two complete games ... finishedsecond on the team with a 4.85 ERA ... posted a 5-5 record andtotaled 67 strikeouts ... made his first appearance of the seasonin relief against NC State (Feb. 22) during the opening weekend,throwing three innings and striking out four ... made his firststart of the season against Oregon (Mar. 7), going 6 1/3 inningsand striking out five ... earned his first win of the season aftersix quality innings against Cornell (Mar. 15), allowing just onerun on three hits and striking out four ... registered another winafter seven no-hit innings against Dartmouth (Mar. 21), also struckout a career-high 11 batters ... named the `WCC Pitcher of theWeek' (Mar. 23) ... earned his first save of the season after oneinning against Portland (Apr. 11) ... registered win No. 3 againstPortland (Apr. 11), tossing 6 2/3 scoreless innings and strikingout eight ... earned win No. 4 and his first collegiate completegame against San Diego State (May 2), surrendering just two runs onfour hits and striking out seven ... tossed his second careercomplete game for the series win against St. Mary's (May 10).
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2008: Made 19 appearances,starting eight games ... finished the season fifth on the team inERA (5.77) and wins (3) ... was second on the squad in saves (3)and innings pitched (64.0) ... struck out a then-career-high fourbatters in 2 1/3 innings against Utah Valley (Feb. 22) ... earnedhis first save of the season after pitching three innings andfanning three against San Jose State (Feb. 29) ... picked up hissecond save of the season to help the Broncos win the `RivalrySeries' with San Jose State ... threw a then-career-high 4 23innings against then-No. 11 San Diego (Mar. 6) ... tallied histhird save of the season against Cal Poly (Mar. 12) ... threw acareer-high 7.1 inning and struck out a then-personal-best sixbatters in game two of the doubleheader against UC Davis (Mar. 15)... struck out a career-high seven batters against Portland (Apr.5) ... earned his second win of the season against USF (Apr. 20),tying his career-high seven batters struck out ... registered histhird win of the season against Hawaii Hilo (Apr. 27) ... tossedthree innings, striking out two against then-No. 13 Pepperdine (May18) ... closed out the season with two innings of work againstPacific (May 20).
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2007: Did not allow an earnedrun in eight straight outings from March 30-Apr. 27 and was namedto the WCC All-Freshman Team ... Made 27 relief appearances on theyear ... went 2-2 with a 3.35 ERA ... 33 strikeouts in 48.1 inningspitched ... struck out three batters in 1 2/3 innings of scorelessrelief against Utah (Feb. 2) ... earned first win by going 3 2/3scoreless innings and striking out two at Portland (March 30) ...played shortstop in the ninth inning of an 11-1 win over LoyolaMarymount on Apr. 29 and made an assist ... picked up his secondwin by striking out one in the final inning during a comeback winover then-No. 6 San Diego (May 13).
