Biography

As a Junior in 2003: Saw action in 19 games including eight starts... had 13 hits in 38 at-bats for a .342 batting average... recorded three doubles, one triple and one homerun... was 2-for-3 on stolen bases.

As a Sophomore in 2002: Started 22 of the 38 games in which he appeared in for the Broncos in 2002... batted .266 in 88 plate appearances with four doubles, one triple, two home runs, 16 runs batted in and 14 runs scored... went 2-for-3, including three RBI, a double and a home run against Pepperdine on April 6... went 2-for-5 against Cal on Feb. 12, including his first triple of the season... went 2-for-5 with a run scored in the final game of the year against Saint Mary's... was named the team's most improved player at the year-end banquet.

As a Redshirt Freshman in 2001: Appeared in 14 games during his first season on the varsity squad... went 1-for-8 on the season with one run scored.

As a Freshman in 2000: Played on the junior varsity squad.

High School Information: Prepped at Lakeside HS in Seattle, Wash... was a catcher, third baseman and outfielder for head coach Dana Papasadero... as a senior, set school records with 35 hits, a .556 batting average and an .750 on base percentage... also hit four home runs with 28 RBI... earned first team All-Metro League accolades... also lettered in swimming... was given Lakeside's John E. Ryan Athletic Cup award for male athlete of the year... graduated with a 3.4 grade point average.
