AT SANTA CLARA: Played for the Broncos for two seasons after coming to Santa Clara as a graduate transfer in 2023-24 following a four-year career at NCAA Division III member University of Puget Sound ... Was named a first team Academic All-American by College Sports Communicators in 2025 ... Was also named Academic All-District by CSC and placed on the West Coast Conference All-Academic first team (2025) ... Named to the all-WCC second team in 2025 ... Earned WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll "Gold" honors twice (2023-24, '24-'25) ... Played in 92 games with 89 starts as a Bronco, while totaling more than 210 appearances (212) and 200 starts (202) throughout his collegiate career ... Hit 54 career home runs at the collegiate level -- 15 at Santa Clara and 39 at Puget Sound ... Batted .298 with a .387 on-base percentage, 71 RBIs, 59 runs scored, 20 doubles and 13 home runs through two years with the Broncos.

At the conclusion of his six-year career, Joyce ranked tied for 23rd among all active NCAA players across all divisions with 205 career RBIs and tied for 24th with 54 home runs ... His 457 total bases ranked 35th, and his 253 career hits ranked tied for 75th among all active NCAA players.

AS A GRADUATE (2025): Named a first team Academic All-American by CSC ... Placed on the WCC All-Academic first team ... Named all-WCC second team ... Earned "Gold" honors on the WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll ... Had a breakout season, leading the Broncos' offense with a .314 batting average, .580 slugging percentage, 40 runs scored, 59 hits, 49 RBIs, and 13 home runs — six of which gave the Broncos the lead ... Was the only Bronco to play in all 50 games of the season ... Also led the team with 18 multi-hit games and 13 multi-RBI games ... Reached base safely in each of his last 20 games (April 12-May 17), the longest streak of the season for any Bronco, where he slashed .329/.433/.711 with eight home runs, five doubles, 21 RBIs, 19 runs scored and 12 walks ... Logged his first multi-homer game as a Bronco versus Pacific (April 26), hitting two home runs ... AS A GRADUATE (2024): Earned "Gold" Honors on the WCC Commissioner's Honor Roll ... Played in 42 games with 39 starts -- 28 at first base and 11 at designated hitter -- in his first year with the program and first year of NCAA Division I baseball ... Batted .278 with nine doubles, two home runs, 22 RBIs, 19 runs scored and a .351 on-base percentage ... Was tied for second on the team with 15 multi-hit games and tied for sixth with five multi-RBI games ... Started the year on fire, hitting .417 through the first two weeks with four multi-hit games, three doubles and five RBIs (Feb. 16-25) ... Collected a season-high three hits on three occasions -- at Arizona State (Feb. 17), versus UMBC (Feb. 25) and at Washington (March 3) ... Drove in a season-high four RBIs at UNLV (March 17), a game in which he hit his first home run for the Broncos (a three-run shot) and also notched an RBI double ... AT UNIVERSITY OF PUGET SOUND: Had a record-setting and award-winning four-year career from 2020-23 as a two-way player at NCAA Division III member University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Wash., pitching and playing first base for the Loggers ... Hit 39 career home runs, drove in 134 career RBIs, collected 291 total bases and notched 15 career saves at Puget Sound, all to set new program records ... Also rewrote the Loggers' single season record book, appearing 15 times across eight different categories, including tied for second in home runs (14, 2023), tied for third in saves (5, 2022), fourth in RBIs (47, 2023), and both fourth and fifth in total bases (98, 2023; 96, 2022) ... Was a three-time first team all-Northwest Conference honoree, and twice garnered both d3baseball.com and ABCA all-region accolades in the same season (2022 & '23) ... Was named a third team Academic All-American by College Sports Communicators as a senior in 2023 after he nearly batted .400 (.398) with 14 home runs and 47 RBIs while also finishing his double bachelor's degrees in business leadership and economics with a 3.71 GPA ... Earned two first team all-Marin County Athletic League nods in basketball (2018, '19), and two more first team all-MCAL honors in baseball (2018, '19) ... Was also second team all-MCAL in baseball and all-MCAL basketball honorable mention as a sophomore (2017) ... Was a career .362 hitter in three years of varsity baseball with a career .550 slugging percentage and .427 on-base percentage ... He also carried a 1.36 career ERA, a .170 batting average against, and a near-6-to-1 strikeouts-to-walks ratio (63 Ks, 11 walks) in 61 2/3 career innings as a two-way player on the mound ... Helped lead Marin Catholic HS to three consecutive CIF North Coast Section Division II playoff appearances in baseball ... Had an explosive junior season (2018) at the plate in which he hit .415, slugged .609 and had a .462 OBP with eight doubles, two home runs, a triple and 26 RBIs ...
