FRESHMAN (2017): Made 19 appearances out of the bullpen with a 9.22 ERA and a 1-2 record ... threw 13.2 innings with five strikeouts ... earned the win against then-No. 12 San Diego on March 26 as he recorded the last out of the top of the ninth inning before SCU won in walk-off fashion in the bottom half of the inning ... threw two scoreless inning against then-No. 19 Arizona on May 1.

PRIOR TO SCU: Graduate of Newport Harbor High School in Newport Beach, California in 2016 ... played three years of varsity baseball where he was a two-time team MVP, two-time All-Sunset League honoree, and a two-time Daily Pilot Dream Team ... after his senior season, he was selected to participate in the Orange County All-Star Game, the Ryan Lemmon Foundation All Star Trinity versus Sunset League Game and was recognized by the Newport Chamber of Commerce Commodore’s Club ... played his club baseball with Trombly Baseball and was a member of the Runner-Up team in the AABC Don Mattingly World Series in 2015.
