Biography

SENIOR (2018): Started in 30 of 42 games played ... started in a team-high six positions (five games at first, three games at second, one game at third, five games at left, 10 games at right and six games at designated hitter) ... batted in every spot of the lineup except the leadoff spot ... finished fourth on the team with a .376 on-base percentage ... was hit by a pitch 10 times for the third highest total on the team ... recorded five multi-hit and three multi-RBI games ... hit a two-run, walk-off single in the 12th inning to help complete the series sweep of Utah (March 4) ... hit a solo home run against LMU (May 12).

JUNIOR (2017): Played in 52 of 53 games with 48 starts split between designated hitter and right field ... recovered from a slow start at the plate to have the best on-base percentage on the squad at .443 and the No. 2 batting average at .307 ... recorded 10 doubles, a triple and two home runs with 11 RBIs ... was walked 24 times and hit by 15 pitches, a top-50 mark in the nation ... had a stretch of seven straight games reaching base from Feb. 26 - March 9 ... went 2-for-2 at the plate against Michigan (Feb. 26) and Cal Poly (Feb. 28) recording a double in each game ... posted a 2-for-3 day at the dish against Oregon on March 9 with a double and a run scored ... helped SCU to a 9-5 win against UConn (March 14) with two hits including a double, a walk and a run scored ... hit his first-career home run in a 4-for-5 game against Gonzaga (April 13) where he drove in two runs and scored three runs ... went 2-for-2 with a double and a run scored in a 3-2 SCU win against San Francisco (April 21) ... recorded a walk and a 2-of-2 day the dish against then-No. 19 Arizona (May 1) with a home run and two runs scored ... posted a 3-for-4 outing against then-No. 9 Stanford (May 17) with a double, an RBI and a run scored.

PRIOR TO SCU: Attended Palomar College for two years before transferring to Santa Clara ... went 61-23 over his two years with the program, taking third place in the state playoffs as a freshman and losing in the regional as a sophomore ... garnered all-league honorable mention accolades as a freshman hitting .322 at the plate with a .413 on-base percentage, 20 RBI and a .996 fielding percentage ... named an All-American as a sophomore as well as all-state both athletically and academically as a sophomore ... posted a .388 batting average as as sophomore with a .459 on-base percentage, 23 RBI and a .987 fielding percentage ... A graduate of Rancho Bernardo High School, Holm went 60-10 in his two years playing varsity baseball including a CIF title his junior year ... he earned all-league accolades as a junior and senior as well as All-CIF Academic honors ... named to the All-American honorable mention team ... posted a stat line of .407 batting average, .496 on-base percentage, 29 RBI and .980 fielding percentage as a senior.
