PRIOR TO SCU: A 2021 graduate of Brophy College Preparatory in Phoenix, Arizona ... high school was also nicknamed the Broncos ... made eight appearances in 2019 and held opponents to a .163 batting average with a 1.05 ERA ... pitched for Team Dinger during the summer of 2020, striking out 38 and allowing just two earned runs over 21 innings while giving up only six hits.
