Joe Siara begins his third year as the head strength andconditioning coach for the Broncos in 2010-11. He worksspecifically with the men's and women's basketball teams. Siaramost recently worked at the University of Florida where hecompleted his Master's degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiologyin May of 2008. His emphasis with his master's degree was humanperformance.

While with the Gators he worked primarily with the men'sbasketball team under the direction of Matt Herring. Herring waswith the Gator basketball team when they won back-to-back nationaltitles in 2006 and `07; and made the NIT Semi-Finals in 2008. Siaraalso aided in the development of the both the men's and women'sgolf and tennis teams.

Siara, 25, is a 2006 graduate of Indiana University where hereceived a degree in Kinesiology. He is a 2002 graduate ofNoblesville High School in Noblesville, Ind. He is a certifiedstrength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), a certified USAWeightlifting Sports Performance coach and is certified by theAmerican Red Cross in CPR, AED and First Aid.

He has a twin brother, Mike, who is a police officer inIndiana.
