AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2016: All-WCC honorable mention ... only Bronco to start all 51 games ... led the team in home runs (5), RBIs (21), triples (2) and runs scored (18) ... second on the team with 20 doubles.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2015: Played in 25 games and made 13 starts ... hit .100 (4-40) with a double, two RBI, and four runs scored ... had one hit against Tulsa on Feb. 6 … had one hit vs. Seattle on Feb. 21 … vs. Howard on Feb. 27 was walked once and earned one run … hit a double with one run batted in and one run scored vs. Stanford on Mar. 7 … had one hit vs. Manhattan on Mar. 22 … had one hit vs. LMU on Apr. 3 … had one run batted in with one hit vs. Saint Mary’s on Apr. 11.
HIGH SCHOOL: 2013 advanced to playoffs with 11-4 record … junior Year stats: .371 BA, .489 OBP, .682 SLG … 2012 CVC All-League Academic Team … three year Varsity softball starter … also played volleyball.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Arnold and Michelle … has one sister, Emily, and one brother, Nathan … ASA Certified Umpire for seven years … Red Cross Club … outside of softball she enjoys spending time with her siblings, listening to music, and baking.
Why I Chose Santa Clara: I chose Santa Clara because it has been my dream school since the first time I set foot on campus. The campus immediately took my breath away by its beauty. With the smaller campus, it was easier for me to feel much more comfortable and welcome. I knew that the strong academics would help me achieve my future goals. Also, having such younger siblings, it was important to me that I don’t miss out during an important time in their life and this college is the perfect distance away from home. Once I met Coach Mize at the camp I knew that she would help me grow as a player for the next four years and assist me in excelling athletically.
