Fa-Ko-Fieme’a Hafoka-Latu finished her second year as director of operations for women's basketball in 2023-24. She was hired in June 2022.

Prior to joining the Broncos, Hafoka-Latu worked at San Jose State first as the women's basketball's graduate assistant and then as the video coordinator. As the grad assists, her duties included assisting the video coordinator and the staff in day-to-day operations as well as assisting in recruiting and individual player workouts. As the video coordinator, Hafoka-Latu broke down film for the coaches and managed video exchange. She also coordinated and planned creative content for social media.

Hafoka-Latu played four years for the Spartans as a guard and small forward. She was a team captain as a sophomore, junior, and senior and was a four-time All-Mountain West Academic Team pick. She was also the winner of the 2020 Dick Tomey Class Act Award.

She graduated with a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development with a focus in preparation for teach in 2020. She earned a M.A. in Education and a multiple subject teaching credential in 2021.

She lives in San Jose with her husband Sailosi Latu and their son Koini Latu, born in 2023.
