AS A SOPHOMORE IN 1998: A first team NSCAA All Far West and a second team All-WCC selection... established a new NCAA record for consecutive shutout minutes with 1268:29, surpassing the old mark of 884:00 set by Monmouth's Lori Houlihan during the 1996 season... named to the Nov. 3 Soccer America Team of the Week... compiled a 19-1-1 mark while appearing in 22 contests... recorded 42 saves while limiting opponents to three goals... recorded 15.5 shutouts, the highest single-season total in Bronco history... her 22 career blankings is the third-best mark in Santa Clara's rich goalkeeping annals... has recorded 26 saves in eight career postseason matches... was the opening night starter on Sept. 1, minding the nets for the first 62:13 of a 5-0 whitewash of the host Cal Poly SLO Mustangs... had a three-save night during Santa Clara's 1-0 road win over San Jose State on Sept. 7... also notched three saves at then No. 15 Stanford on Sept. 27... out-dueled All-American goalkeeper Jamie Pagliarulo of No. 21 George Mason on Oct. 2 as Santa Clara defeated the visiting Patriots 1-0 in the opening round of the Santa Clara/Nike Classic... had a season-high four saves during a 3-0 win against visiting Loyola Marymount on Oct. 9... made three saves in sloppy weather conditions during a 3-0 blanking of No. 24 Texas A&M on Oct. 18... recorded four saves on Oct. 25, blanking No. 6 Portland until Kathleen Celio could score the game-winner at 104:24... followed with a three-save shutout at No. 8 San Diego State on Oct. 30, another 1-0 Santa Clara victory... blanked Pacific over the first 75:45 of Santa Clara's 5-0 victory in the second round of the NCAA Tournament... tied a season-high with four saves during her shutout of No. 19 BYU in the third round of the postseason... again recorded four saves in blanking No. 6 Connecticut 1-0 in the NCAA quarterfinal.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 1997: Enjoyed an outstanding freshman season, finishing second in the West Region with a 0.60 goals against average... appeared in 19 matches, starting eight, including all four NCAA Tournament games... recorded a 10-2-1 record with 6.5 shutouts in her first season between the posts... led the squad with 38 saves while facing a team-high 96 shots... played 56 percent of the minutes in goal for the Broncos... saw first collegiate action in the second-half of the season opener and blanked San Jose State over the 45 minutes, recording two saves in the 4-2 Bronco win... combined with fellow goalkeeper Nicole Leonard to record a season high five saves against Cal Poly SLO on Sept. 5... earned first career start in the Broncos' first West Coast Conference match vs. Gonzaga, keeping the Bulldogs off the scoreboard during the first-half of a 7-0 Santa Clara victory on Sept. 14... played the entire game against Vanderbilt on Oct. 12... notched three saves in Santa Clara's 4-1 win in the championship game of the Santa Clara Nike Classic... played all 90 minutes against BYU in the first round of the NCAA Tournament... recorded four saves and a shutout in her first NCAA Tournament appearance... started against Minnesota, shutting out the Golden Gophers before turning net duties to Christina Sanchez in Santa Clara's 5-1 victory... earned second shutout of the postseason blanking Clemson while making four saves... was in the nets for Santa Clara's 2-1 loss to eventual national champion North Carolina in the NCAA semifinals.
