AS A SENIOR IN 2002: A team captain... received the Missouri Athletic Club Hermann Trophy as the top female athlete in the country... a Honda Award finalist for second straight year... one of seven finalists for the U.S. Soccer Chevy Female Athlete of the Year... an NSCAA first team All-American... received the NCAA Today's Top VIII Award, based on academics and athletics... named to the Verizon Academic All-District VIII Team... received WCC All-Academic Honors... named a Soccer America MVP... a first team All-America from Soccer Buzz... earned first team All-West Region honors from Soccer Buzz... earned All-Tournament Team honors at the College Cup... a first-team NSCAA All-West Region honoree... a first-team All-WCC selection... a Soccer Buzz Player of the Year finalist... named a preseason All-American by Soccer Buzz and Soccer America magazines... finishes Santa Clara career as the 13th best in NCAA history in career assists per game... in 81 collegiate contests, earned 49 assists, for a .604 average, just ahead of U.S. National Team coach April Heinrichs... started all 18 contests she played... missed game at Cal Poly, due to bruised tailbone suffered at California... also did not play against USC due to a strained right hamstring... finished with nine goals and nine assists for 27 points, fourth on the team... earned all-tournament team honors at the Notre Dame Classic... scored twice against Clemson... also named to Soccer America's Team of the Week... finished sixth on the West Coast Conference's career points list, at 127... ranks 11th in career goal scorers with 39.... is also fourth on the league's list for career assists, with 49... scored a goal and an assist against Florida... was called up to the U.S. National Team for preparation for and participation in the Nike Women's Cup... missed matches against Tennessee and Montana, but scored a goal and two assists in her first outing with the USNT, a 5-1 win over Russia... rejoined the team in Los Angeles, but injured hamstring and only saw 10 minutes of action against UCLA... added an assist on the game-winner against San Diego to open WCC play... scored twice, including a penalty kick against San Jose State... netted a goal and an assist against Saint Mary's, including the game-winner... posted two assists in a 6-0 victory over San Francisco... the three-goal, three-assist week earned her weekly honors from Soccer America and Soccer Buzz magazines... returned to the USNT on October 21... scored in the fifth minute against Mexico in the opening game of the Women's Gold Cup on Oct. 27... notched three assists in the USNT's 9-0 victory over Panama on Nov. 2... drove from Seattle to Portland after that match, and on 13 hours rest, started for the Broncos against Portland... missed the Broncos' final two regular season contests while at the Gold Cup... assisted on the golden goal that gave the United States victory at the Gold Cup, a 2-1 win over Canada... was named to the Women's Gold Cup Best XI All-Tournament team and missed the MVP award by one vote... returned to the Broncos for the NCAA Tournament and scored a goal in the first half against Creighton in the opening round, and took six shots overall... added two assists against Arizona State in the second round... converted a penalty kick and added an assist against Michigan in the quarterfinal.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2001: Won the Honda Award as the nation's best women's soccer player... a Hermann Trophy and MAC Player of the Year finalist... placed fourth in the MAC voting... also named a first team all-American... named the WCC's Player of the Year and a first-team All-WCC selection... received NSCAA Academic all-American honors... earned WCC all-Academic honors as well... Soccer Buzz's Player of the Year... a first-team NSCAA All-West Region Team member... named the Offensive MVP of the College Cup... also named the league's Player of the Month for September and October... scored first career-hat trick against Florida State... accomplishment earned her WCC Player of the Week honors and elite team status from Soccer America and Soccer Buzz... posted two goals and two assists at San Jose State... scored one goal and assisted on three others in Bronco win against SMU... added a goal against San Diego State to earn the adidas Classic MVP award... successful weekend also led to her second WCC Player of the Week honors and elite team status from Soccer America and Soccer Buzz... powered a free kick with just 7:43 left in the first overtime period to propel the Broncos to a 2-1 win over Stanford... that victory ended Stanford's 13-match win streak at Maloney Field and its undefeated season...attempted a free kick at the 10:01 mark that went just over the cross bar before she connected on the game winner just 3:00 later... added a goal and an assist against Gonzaga... added two goals and an assist in a 3-0 defeat of No. 2 UCLA... netted a free kick in the 89th minute to lead SCU to a 1-0 victory over Saint Mary's, ending the Gaels' undefeated season... added an assist in both Bronco goals against San Diego for the WCC Championship... did not play in regular season finale against Colorado College while resting a sore hip flexor... converted a penalty kick for the game-winner in the second round of the NCAA Tournament against Syracuse... added another penalty kick conversion for the game-winner in the NCAA third round against Dartmouth... added this season's sixth game-winner against Virginia in the quarterfinal... added two assists and a goal in the College Cup to lead the Broncos to their first National Championship... recorded 11 points in the 2001 NCAA Tournament, the most for a Bronco in a single postseason... led the WCC with 54 points on 17 goals and 20 assists... is ranked sixth nationally in points per game with a 2.75 average... started 24 of 25 contests and posted at least one point in 19 of them... had a hand in more than one score in 10 Bronco contests... is now tied for 11th place on the league's career points list, with 100 in 63 matches... is ninth in Santa Clara's recordbook in points and goals (30), and has vaulted to No. 4 all-time in assists with 40... becomes only the fifth Bronco to notch 50 points in a season, joining current WUSA professionals Brandi Chastain, Mandy Clemens and Jacqui Little.

AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2000: Earned NSCAA/adidas West Region second team honors... Was named to the Stanford Classic All-Tournament Team... also named to the adidas Bay Area Classic All-Tournament Team... placed fifth as a finalist for the Missouri Athletic Club's Collegiate Player of the Year Award... was also a finalist for the Hermann Trophy... also a Soccer Times and collegesoccer.com second team All-American and SoccerBuzz third team All-West Region... missed eight matches due to injury, but started 15 of 16 contests in which she did play... registered a goal and two assists against Gonzaga... opened the season with two goals against Oregon... averaged 2.8 shots per game.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 1999: One of the nation's top freshmen, earning second team All-America honors... totaled 32 points after netting 10 goals and 12 assists... four of those 10 goals were game-winners, the second best mark on the team... played in 23 matches, earning the starting nod in 21... recorded first collegiate point during the season's second game, teaming with Devvyn Hawkins to assist on a Mandy Clemens' goal during a 3-1 defeat of Stanford... assisted on Megan Horvath's game-winning goal just 58 seconds into a 3-1 win at Washington... converted a penalty kick at 36:19 for the game-winner of a 4-0 victory against Seton Hall for first career goal... assisted on Jacqui Little's game-winning score against Evansville, then later added a goal of her own... had a goal and two assists just two days later as the Broncos blanked Alabama 9-0... took a give-and-go from Megan Horvath at 12:41 to net the only goal in a 1-0 win against visiting Marquette... netted a pair of goals and added an assist as part of a four-goal first-half outburst against No. 6 Notre Dame... her score was the game-winner against the Fighting Irish and her second strike nine minutes later put the Broncos ahead 4-0 en route to a 4-2 home victory... was elected to the National Team of the Week by both Soccer America and College Soccer Weekly for her efforts... concluded regular season with an assist at Pepperdine and two against Portland... totaled three goals and two assists in the NCAA Tournament... tallied first career postseason point assisting on Mandy Clemens' goal just 1:42 into the second half in a 2-0 victory against Brigham Young... scored a goal and notched an assist during Santa Clara's four-goal, second-half outburst against UCLA in the third round... scored a pair of goals, including the game-winner at 3:49, to lead the Broncos past Connecticut 3-0 in the national quarterfinals.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 1998: Redshirted after suffering a torn ACL in left knee during training camp with the U.S. Under-20 National Team.

NATIONAL TEAM EXPERIENCE: A member of the U.S. National Team... started against Finland and was one of five Broncos on the roster for that match and one of only four collegiate players... Played two complete matches at the 2002 Algarve Cup... assisted on both goals in the U.S. victory over England... saw action against China in the Four Nations Tournament... named to the U.S. U21 National Team for the 2001 Nordic Cup but did not compete due to injury... An alternate for the U.S. Olympic team that earned a silver medal at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia... a member of the USA's residency Camp in San Diego, Calif., for the 2000 Olympics... played in nine games in 2000, starting five, and scored four goals... traveled to the Australia Cup, scoring a 35-yard goal against Australia to clinch the match and the tournament title... earned a spot in residency camp at age 18 after coming off a knee injury... missed the 1998 Nordic Cup when she tore the ACL in her left knee during a U-21 training camp in the spring... one of the last players cut from the 1999 U.S. Women's World Cup roster... came back from knee surgery in five months when she was called into camp with the full national team for the first time... earned her first cap and made her first start against Ukraine on Dec. 16, 1998, at UCLA... helped the 1999 Under-21 Nordic Cup Team win the tournament in Iceland, scoring two goals... was a key player in midfield for the U-21 team that won the 2000 Nordic Cup in Germany... played with the U.S. U-16 National Team in 1996-'97.

HIGH SCHOOL:Prepped at Presentation High School in San Jose, Calif... played for coach Mani Hernandez... was a high school teammate of Danielle Slaton... became the first woman's high school soccer player to be named Gatorade's Athlete of the Year... led the Panthers to three Central Coast Section championship match appearances... earned all-league accolades as a sophomore, junior and senior... selected the Santa Teresa League's Most Valuable Player in 1996, '97 and '98... honored as the San Jose Mercury News Player of the Year in 1998 and as the newspaper's Freshman of the Year in 1995... also named KICU TV 36 Player of the Year following the 1997 season... graduated from Presentation with a 4.1 grade point average... a member of the school's honor roll for all four years... played club soccer for the Central Valley Mercury of San Jose, Calif... coached by her mother, Vicky Wagner, and Phillippe Blin... helped lead team to three straight national titles... missed the third national championship game with a torn ACL in her right knee... scored a team-high nine goals in the 1998 West Regionals to put the Mercury in the National Championships.
