Sydnee Strong-Jorgens is in her third year at Santa Clara University, where she serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Academics and Learning Development. In this role, she oversees academic support services for Men’s Basketball, Women’s Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Tennis, and Men’s and Women’s Golf.

Strong-Jorgens provides assistance in areas such as course scheduling, registration, graduation planning, major exploration, and academic eligibility tracking. She connects student-athletes with academic resources and ensures they remain on track to meet their educational goals while balancing the demands of their athletic commitments. Her work centers on creating an environment that promotes academic success, personal development, and holistic growth for all student-athletes.

Prior to this role, Strong-Jorgens served as an academic mentor within the Bronco Athletics Department from 2019 to 2021. She holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco (2021) and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento (2019). As a former student-athlete, she was a four-year member of the Sacramento State Division I Softball team (2015-2019). Sydnee currently resides in the East Bay with her husband, Scott.
