AS A RS FRESHMAN IN 2002: Made first collegiate appearance against Notre Dame, registering four saves on nine shots while earning the shutout... had five starts and a 0.84 goals-against average... went 3-1 on the year with two shutouts and 536 minutes of action... had13 saves on the year... closed out the victories against Saint Mary's, San Francisco and Gonzaga... made NCAA Tournament debut in the first round against Creighton, playing the second half... dislocated left pinky during practice on December 2.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2001: Redshirted the season... sang the National Anthem for the SMU contest.
OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT TEAM EXPERIENCE: Played on the Minnesota State ODP team in 2000, which only lost one game at region camp.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Mark Cook and Jeremy Driver at Academy of Holy Angels... led team to three-time Missota Conference Champs... named to the All-Sun Team and was a second team All-Metro honorable mention, selection, a three time All-Conference player, and earned All-State honors twice... was her team's captain... had 34 shutouts and 38 goals against for her high school career totals... played for the U18 Premier Blackhawks, coached by Ted Kroeten.
PERSONAL: Born March 1, 1983 in Minneapolis, Minn....daughter of Matthew and Donna Pearson...a talented musician and voice major... participates in SCU's concert and chamber choirs... is also on the leadership team for the CORE Christian Fellowship.
