AS A SENIOR IN 2003:Had one start and saw action in 17 matches... made season debut against Penn State and took one shot in return... missed first five matches while recovering from a summer surgery on leg... made four goals and one assist for nine points... entered match against Cal Poly less than two minutes before scoring first goal of season on a free kick... scored in the 87th minute at San Diego... added the game-winner against Loyola Marymount... made first start of the season against Portland... scored the golden goal to defeat the Pilots on Senior Day... was named the WCC Player of the Week for that performance... added an assist at Gonzaga... made the team's third PK in a shoot-out against Portland in the NCAA Third Round.
AS A JUNIOR IN 2002: A team captain... earned all-tournament team honors at the Notre Dame Classic... scored twice against the Fighting Irish and added the game-winning goal against Clemson... had nine starts and saw action in all 26 contests... scored two goals in each of the first two contests she did not start... led the team with 13 goals... finished tied for second on team with 28 points... scored twice against Oklahoma... had three other dangerous shots in that game, narrowly missing a hat trick... assisted on the equalizer at UCLA and then scored the game-winner in the second minute of overtime... added the final goal against San Jose State and the fifth against San Francisco... other assist came on the game-winner against LMU... added third game-winner of the season against Pacific... scored final goal in Broncos' 6-0 win over Gonzaga... scored third goal in opening round of NCAA Tournament against Creighton... posted two goals against Arizona State in the second round, including the game-winner.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN 2001: Saw action in 22 matches and started on two occasions... was limited early in the season due to injury... finished with eight goals and three assists on the season for 19 points... scored goals in both WCC matches to open conference play... added a score against San Diego to close conference play... registered a goal and an assist against Colorado College... goal was a penalty kick late in the second half... scored three goals in the opening weekend of the NCAA Tournament, including the game-winner against Evansville.
AS A FRESHMAN IN 2000: A SoccerBuzz honorable mention Freshman All-American selection as well as a West Region honoree... saw action in all 24 matches, starting three... led the team in points, scoring 29, also good for second best in the WCC... her 11 goals was a team-best and fourth highest in the league... also ranked fifth in goals per game, with a .50 mark, and seventh in both points per game 1.32 and shots, 54... opened collegiate career with the game-winner at Cal Poly to start the season... recorded the game-winner in a 2-0 shutout of California in the second round of the NCAA Tournament...earned an assist on the insurance goal of that match... scored her first goal of the postseason vs. Cal Poly in the NCAA first round... registered two goals in a 4-0 shutout of San Diego... was named the WCC's player of the week twice: Oct. 3 for netting three goals and Nov. 7 for coming off the bench and scoring two goals against Weber State and one against Wake Forest during the Santa Clara/adidas Classic... those efforts also earned her the outstanding offensive player award for the tournament.
OLYMPIC DEVELOPMENT TEAM EXPERIENCE: Played for the Cal-North Women's Senior State Team in 2000.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for coach Rick Hinojosa at St. Francis High School... was St. Francis' leading goal scorer all four years, including 28 goals her senior season... led St. Francis to three consecutive De Anza league titles... scored 24 goals as a sophomore en route to the Central Coast Section title and a spot on the All-De Anza League first team... her 21-goal season as a junior garnered her All-CCS first team accolades... team captured CCS championship her junior year and senior seasons... played club with the Sunnyvale Roadrunners.
