AT SANTA CLARA: Made an impact in her four years for the Broncos ... She played in 99 career matches, proving to be a pivotal pin hitter ... With 942 career kills, she finished her time at Santa Clara averaging 2.92 kills per set and 3.45 points per set ... Along with her offensive strengths, she recorded 448 digs, 116 service aces, and 102 total blocks.Â
AS A SENIOR (2023): Closed out her time with the Broncos playing in 24 matches this season and leading the team in kills with 261 … With that, she averaged 3.11 kills per set which was the seventh highest in the WCC and the best of her career and on the team … She had three matches this season with 20 kills (vs. Cal Baptist Aug. 25, vs. Notre Dame Sep. 2, vs. Bakersfield Sep. 9), making that 15 total matches with double-digit kills … Behind the service line she recorded 32 aces, in which 11 matches saw multiple aces … This gave her an average 0.38 aces per set, the second best in the WCC … She had 27 total blocks, seven matches saw multiple blocks … Recorded 108 digs, with a season-high 10 at Gonzaga (Oct. 26) where she put away a double-double with 11 kills … These stats earned her a spot on the All-WCC Honorable Mention team and she also was recognized as an All-Academic Honorable Mention honoree.Â
AS A JUNIOR (2022): In her third year, Tulino played in 30 matches and in 84 sets … She was third on the team with 181 kills, averaging 2.15 per set … Her season-high 13 kills at Pacific (Sep. 27) was one of the five double-digit kill games … Her season-high digs was 12 against Portland (Oct. 13) which proved to be her seventh career double-double as she recorded 12 kills alongside … Tulino tallied 30 total blocks and 25 service aces throughout the season … She earned a spot on the WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention team, the second time being awarded this.Â
AS A SOPHOMORE (2021): As a sophomore, she played in all 27 matches and finished with a personal best 275 kills … Averaging 3.02 kills per set, she posed as the 11th best throughout the conference … Within the first eight games, Tulino posted three double-doubles (vs. SJSU Aug. 27, vs. Portland State Aug. 28, and at Auburn Sep. 12) … With a season and career-high 23 kills against Pepperdine (Sep. 25) she also tallied 12 more double-digit kill games … On defense she had a personal best 140 digs on the season and also recorded 25 total blocks … With 31 total service aces, she averaged 0.34 aces per set, the 11th best in the WCC … She earned a spot on the 2021 WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention team for the first time in her young career.Â
* AS A FRESHMAN (2020): Tulino had an impressive collegiate debut in the shortened spring season … Playing in all 18 matches, she recorded 225 kills averaging 3.52 kills per set, both the ninth best in the WCC … In 15 of the 18 matches, she put up double-digit kills, her season-high being 20 against Portland (Mar. 4) … She also had double-digit digs in three matches (vs. Portland Mar. 9, at SMC Mar. 18, and vs. Pepperdine Apr. 3) which all claimed her double-doubles … At the service line, the freshman led the team with 28 service aces, then averaging 0.44 aces per set, the highest throughout the WCC and 55th in NCAA … Recorded her first collegiate start against San Diego (Feb. 16) where she had 15 kills and a career-high five aces … This outstanding freshman performance earned her spots on the All-WCC Honorable Mention All-WCC Freshman teams.Â
HIGH SCHOOL: Throughout her high school volleyball journey, she consistently stood out both individually and as a leader ... In her senior year (2019), she received several honors including PrepVolleyball Honorable Mention All-America and CIF All-San Diego Section First Team ... Her team made it to the CIF State Tournament Division I semifinals with a 31-15 record ... She recorded impressive stats her senior season: 484 kills, 288 digs, and 32 aces, earning her the title of La Costa Canyon Female Fall Athlete of the Year ... In her junior year (2018), she contributed 454 kills, .271 hitting percentage, 216 digs, 53 aces, and 40 blocks … This led her team to the CIF State Tournament Division I second round ... As a sophomore (2017), she contributed to a 20-14 record with her 181 kills, and in her freshman year (2016), she helped her team reach the CIF San Diego Section Open Division finals and CIF State Tournament Open Division qualifiers ... Over her four-year varsity career, she tallied an impressive total of 1,216 kills, showcasing her talent and dedication ... She served as a varsity starter for three years and as team captain for two years, leaving a lasting impact on her high school volleyball program.
