SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Freshman J.P. Odland turned in the low round of the day to lead Santa Clara men's golf on the final day of action at the Maui Jim Intercollegiate. The Tiburon, Calif. product carded a 3-under 68 to climb up the leaderboard for a tie for 46th to cap off his first collegiate event. The Broncos as a team turned in a 2-under 282 for the round and finished the event in 14th with a three-day total of 6-under 279-285-282--846. 

ROUND HIGHLIGHTS:

• Nolan Forsman and Calder Overfelt each finished 2-under 211 to tie for 42nd and share the claim as Santa Clara's top individuals. Odland and Joey Hayden were just a stroke behind in a tie for 46th at 1-under 212. Freshman Jeffrey Kwak carded his lowest round of the event with a 72 in the final round to finish in a tie for 68th at 6-over 219. 
• Odland tallied seven birdies for the day. 
• Auburn won the team title at 56-under 796 while San Diego State's Justin Hastings took home medalist honors with an 18-under 62-65-68--195.
