ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - In consecutive weeks, freshmen Jeffrey Kwak and J.P. Odland showcased their skills leading the Broncos in the first two rounds. At the William H. Tucker Intercollegiate, Kwak delivered an impressive performance, scoring a remarkable 6-under 66 in the second round, while Odland maintained consistency with an even par. Kwak currently holds a tied position at 26th place, having achieved a 1-under 143 over 36 holes. As a team, Santa Clara concluded the day in a shared 16th place, recording a combined score of 10-over 301-285-586. Texas Tech finished on top through the first two rounds with an 18-under 278-280-558.
ROUND HIGHLIGHTS:

Kwak started the second round with great momentum, immediately securing an eagle at the first hole. Building on this impressive start, he went on to score seven birdies, ultimately earning him a tied position at 26th place.

Following closely behind Kwak, Odland displayed consistency with an even par score in both rounds. Additionally, Odland's impressive play included one eagle and four birdies, solidifying his position at a shared 34th spot.
